• 30 year old female takes several prescription drugs. Please provide quote that is weighted for a medical condition.
• 52 year old had no heart attack, but had single bypass Aug. 2005 due to blockage found. No medical problems since, on medication and sees Dr. Once yearly. Need coverage for pre existing conditions.
• Aetna just cancelled its contract with Morton Plant Mease hospitals. These hospitals are a preference for my employees. Also, they want to be able to get medical care when they are out of town.

• I am starting a couple of small retail stores in the Columbus Ohio area and would like to offer medical coverage to my planned full time staff. I would prefer either an HSA or PPO plan, but am willing to evaulate all alternatives.
