How it Works: The BuyerZone Request for Quotes Process

1. Buyers complete an online Request for Quotes form: BuyerZone collects key information from buyers through product-specific quote requests on the BuyerZone.com site.
   
   
2. Buyer requests are verified and matched to a limited number of suppliers: BuyerZone verifies the request and contact information of each prospective buyer. A dynamic matching system then identifies a limited number of companies in the BuyerZone supplier network whose offerings meet their needs.
   
   
3. Matched suppliers follow up with buyers directly: Leads are delivered to matched suppliers via email or direct data feed. Suppliers immediately begin the selling process.
