When the work is finished,the customer signs off and we bill our client with an invoice. All of our clients have a policy of a 30-45 day turnaround for payments. However, in the mean time we have to make payroll and cover materials for the jobs.We have another company we deal with where we also do repairs. We sign a contract and have a 30 day deadline for completion. The company has a set pay schedule and requires pictures proving work is done. They pay 90% upon project completion and 10% after their inspection. In the mean time we have to meet payroll, etc.We have no bad debt. We have been doing this for 4 years and all of our companies are national companies with proven certifications that can be documented."
