Cutting and Plugging

Cutting and plugging is another method repairing or fixing damaged carpets. This method is especially effective for the repair of carpets that have been damaged owing to the burnin, spilling or staining at various places, due to prolonged usage. This method is a replacement method of carpet repairing. The process is rather simple and involves cutting out the damaged portion of the carpet and then, replacing it with a new piece of carpet of exactly the same size, colour as well as texture. The process obviously requires more in terms of equipment than the former like cutting plass, scissors, pieces or shreds of a similar carpet, amongst others.
