• 3D profiling of foam at speeds above 600 in/min.
• 3d milling in wood and foam, 2.5D cutting in metal, wood and plastic sheet goods, engraving in metal and wood. Want a servo based machine as opposed to stepper.
• A rotary 4th axis would be nice. True 3d interpolation. Minimum 4’ x 8’ table tall the z the better, 12” – 24” +, we would like to do foam for models, sheet goods (plastic wood, aluminum) stacked MDF for molds, and billet aluminum (2024,6061) for molds and parts.
• Computer driven, 3d scanner capability, able to mill EPS foam blocks at least 4'x 8' x 4'.
• Currently running 3/4 axis mill with artcam software mainly urethane and eps foam.
• Cutting polyethylene foam for case inserts; looking for least expensive, simplest option. 2 dimensional cuts, thickness below 2"
• Cutting wood and foam parts to use for plugs to mold.
• Desire to trim vacuum formed parts off of rigid foam blanks. Custom shapes-each toolpath will be different, 5' X 5' bed with approx. 2' Z axis.
• Engraving labels, aluminum panels, foam and milling plastic.
• Foam routing of very large 3D objects some smaller aluminum milling.
• For cutting plastic, aluminum sheet, foam, wood, engraving to make different typs of letters for sign.
• Good all around machine...solid surface....wood...light metals....eps foam.
• I am looking for a foam cutting 5 axis machine to cut out sculptures. The larger the bed size and faster the speed the better.
• I need something really simple and inexpensive. A CNC router capable of cutting shapes on a 5-mm foam board, really easy to cut. The foam is about 20x30 inches.
• I need to make ainterior and exteriors foam crown moldings.
• I want a CNC Router to be able to cut 4' by 8' sheet of plywood and also have 10" of Z axis travel for contour milling (wood and foam).
• I will be cutting letters ou of foam wood and plastic the floor is cement.
• I would like to be able to manufacture small runs of foam inserts to go inside my cases. I use various types and densities of foams for different applications.
• I'm looking for information on how much equipment costs and what it will do for me. From there I'll draft a business plan. My interests are primarily architectural ... Possibly working with EPS foam ... Maybe wood.
• Im looking to do general v-grooved signs in hard wood and sign foam. Also interested in being able to cut/ mill aluminum for custom letters, and many automotive applications.(brakets, engraving, and fabricated misc parts.
• Looking for a eps foam cutter router to shape and cut foam surfboard blanks for the surfing industry.
• Looking for a machine capable of cutting closed cell foam for custom tool cases.
• Looking for general purpose machine. Would be nice if it were large enough to cut foam templates for use with student car team bodies. Also interested in a WaterJet and CNC Glass Cutter.
• Looking to spend $6000 on a 4' x 4' router table. We are cutting 2" thick foam blocks.
• Making vacuufrom molds from HD foam.
• Mill up to 15 lb foam.
• Must be capable of cutting foam and corrugated paper.
• Need a router that can cut foam core, not sur if there is a bit or blade ou there.
• Need capability of shaping foam blanks for surfboards, so need 3-4ft x 11-12ft x 1-2ft want accuracy and relability.
• Need to cut up to 2" poly cross link foam 2# to #4 density.
• New to this , desire to cut foam primary for 3-d modeling.
• Primary use - cutting polyethylene foam .5 to 3" thick for packaging applications. Some polyurethane, HDPE and aluminum.
• Profile model of Foam for Boating industry, cabinet parts etc.
• Router will be used primarily for signmaking. Used to cut letters and graphics for from substrates such as PVC, Sign Foam, Blastboard and MDO with laminated Alm face.
• Sign Making, ADA Signage, Foam signs, Wood, metal.
• Sign making 3d wood carved signs, HDU Foam, PVC board.
• This will be for wood and foam materials.
• This would be used in prototyping shop on light material mostly, hard foam, wood or composit foams. Some cutting on Aluminum of plastic shets.
• To be used in sign production. wood, lite aluminum, foam board, pvc. Etc.
• To cut foam shapes such as the foam that you would see on a stucco house. Also do you have a blade for foamcore.
• Trimming vacuum formed parts, machining foam.
• Vacum table. Looking at cutting EVA foam with a 1/4"-3/8" bit.
• We are a sign shop that needs 3 dimensional cutting/engraving capability.
