12) Please describe in detail the intended purpose of the modular building and any additional requirements you may have for your portable building.

• Temporary housing for a new child day care center while a permanent structure is being constructed. We are doing a feasibility study.

• We plan to have two high school classrooms.

• This would be used as a night club/restaurant and sports bar.

• A storage building, with wood floor to store hard wood, tools and stands, tools such as a Planer, sander, etc.

• This will be primarily used as an office for a computer technical service.

• Small retail store.

• 4 classrooms to be used for Sunday school and pre-school during week. Two bathrooms( adults) two childrens half bath in classrooms. Storage area for tables etc, Office for staff person, small kitchen for snacks.

• I am wanting this building for a bar and grill. Needing it to have a room in the left corner and a room in the right corner in the downstairs part. Also needing a spot for me to have a kitchen.

• We need a building for a community center here in Austin. It will be used primarily by youth sports organizations, but will be open to the public. • 3 story building - 6 two level apartments over three commercial/office suites on ground floor. Full basement. Preliminary plans available. Would like to begin construction spring '09.

• 5 class rooms with restrooms in four of them. Computer lab, teachers lounge, directors office, closet space, library, an open play area & kitchen.

• For a climate controlled office and storage facility on a residential property. We would need heating and air as well.

• I am planning to build a dog kennel for labordor retrievers. I am looking for a building that will hold three adult dogs and one or two litter of puppies at a time. I also need this space to be able to have a bathtub for bathing,a area for dog food, and a supply area. I need this area to have concrete floors,two windows for air conditioner during the summer and insulation during the winter. I would like to have you email me a blue print of a possible layout of the building. This building would also need dog doors that can be opened or closed to allow the dogs to go inside and outside in their run yards. Thank you.

• In this building I will need 8 classrooms which will hold a max of 20 students, a computer room/reading lab, kitchen w/ cafeteria to hold at least 50 students, reception area and an office. I would also like to have a storage area with a mop closet in it. I would like for the layout to be as follows: kitchen/cafeteria, storage, computer/reading lab coming from the back centered in the building with hallways on both sides so that it is almost rectangular shaped. With three classrooms on each side so that there is a U shaped hallway, with the office/reception area on the front end of the building. (hallway in front of office to complete the U shape).
