• We require two shower/locker rooms, break room with a kitchenette, private office, and a laundry room.

• We would like this space to serve as an office for our CEO and a lunch space for the executive staff. We don't need a partition, but it would be ideal if there were a place to prepare and clean up meals. As such, plumbing and HVAC are preferred. 8' ceiling preferred as well as 10' or 12' width. We are limited to 40' in length including the hitch.

• We would need space for two desks. Two computers will be in office along with traditional office equipment such as a copier. We also require a bathroom. We would plan on putting a window A/C unit in the unit. Ideally, we would be looking for an 8x16 unit. We can go a little longer, but no wider.
