"Primarily cold storage for machinery, with some designated space for a workshop. Would probably need an end door, maybe overhead, for the machinery access and an overhead in the side for vehicle access and or access to the shop area. Depending on cost and how the space could be arranged, would consider increasing the size of the width and/or the length depending on how that would affect the cost per square foot. Would also like to explore the cost of a 2 foot overhang around the building to avoid gutters and improve the looks of the building. Is this normally an option seen only on wood frame buildings? I would probably have concrete floor in the garage/shop/office area, but perhaps not in the cold storage area where not critical. As an option to the one level addition, I have considered making the garage/shop/office area one level, inside the building, and utilize the remaining overhead area for storage."
