This is a modular inserting system consisting of four elements that automate the inserting process for maximum productivity, efficiency and security.

Accurate Sheet Feeder

• Feeds the correct number of sheets for each mailpiece.
• Controlled by job memory or OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) to process a fixed or varying number of sheets per envelope.

Versatile Folding

• Easy to set up and it accepts most fold patterns.

DI 800 BASE UNIT

• Inserts the completed set of documents into an envelope.
• Acts as the command center for the integrated system.

Insert Feeder

• Adds documents that don’t need folding – coupon, reply card or envelope (single or twin).
• More functionality without increasing footprint.

Designed To Work The Way You Want It To Work

• Handles every job in the mailroom, even those you’re doing by hand.
• Quickly feeds and collates up to five individual sheets, folds and inserts them and seals the flap, at speeds of up to 4,200 pieces per hour.
• Switches between jobs without adding or removing modules.
• Built-in intelligence recognizes a given assignment and activates the appropriate modules to control the content of each envelope and diverts and ejects incorrect pieces before sealing.
• Double document detectors sense sheet thickness to avoid multiple feeds and a trial piece mode delivers a sample for inspection.
• Advanced OMR option matches personalized documents and assures proper sequences.
• Information screens easily switch from English to Spanish.
