Compact and easy-to-use, this flats inserter can process 9” x 12” envelopes at speeds of up to 3,600 pieces per hour, eliminating manual inserting and saving time.

Handles Multiple Applications

• Feed and insert up to 6 individual sheets into envelopes or flats with Tower document feeder or Multi- Feeder.
• Six collation bins hold up to 120 sheets with the Multi-Feeder.
• Handles combinations of catalogs, magazines, booklets, reply cards and folded documents.

Easy-To-Use Productive Features

• Display – provides step-by-step set-up guidance through the microprocessor-controlled system.
• Envelope Feeder – holds up to 4” of material for optimum throughput and can be loaded on the fly.
• Tower Document Feeder – inserts up to six 8.5” x 11 flat sheets; mis-feed and double feed detectors ensure accurate collation.
• Multi-Feeder – combines with document feeder to create a fully automatic system for stapled pieces up to 5/16” thick.
• Document Table – all inserts conveniently feed to the table from the Tower or Multi-Feeder for final operator handling.
• Receiving Tray – envelopes are counted and stacked for metering and posting; warning sensor alerts operator to empty.
