The best per minute call rate I have gotten is .60 per minute so if yours is much higher and you do not offer a flat fee, then it is probably not the solution for me. I want the staff to be able to place orders for customers who call in, answer questions that customers have, track customer orders, and a few other things. "Clients will call to ask questions about the product or to order. Questions can be answered by going to our FAQ's section on our website. In regards to order processing. We simply need your operators to go to our site and process the orders there. Phonecall recording for security purposes is necessary. Also, we primarily do customer service via email so those who call for customer service should be directed to the appropriate email address. We will send in scripts for the operators to use as a base. We have our own toll-free number that we will forward to you. There can be no addtional inbound or outbound charges. We do not want to spend more than $500 a MONTH and that should include everything (except perhaps a resonable training fee)."
