• We're a recruiting firm looking to send out an email blast using our list of active candidates with whom we have previously worked. Probably about 2,000-4,000 email addresses.

• We would like to start with a list that is not entirely opt-in, but are industry specific. The services we've looked at and tried ask that you promise all addresses are opt-ins. We cannot make this claim, but we will include an opt-out at the top of each email, and will immediately adjust the list accordingly. We'd like to find a vendor where this is not a problem. Thanks.
