"We have a source of email addresses. It is not really an opt-in list, so spam complaints are typically high (no sense beating around the bush about that.) We get this list from a government agency that collects new registrations for companies that incoporate in every state. It's a loophole in the sytsem basically because the government is dumb enough to make this list publically available with no mention not to download and email it. Anyway, the list grows by about 1000 emails per day. We download it, take those 1000 new emails, and email them. We are looking for someone who can send these mails for us (because we're tired of dealing with getting our mail server IP blocked and would rather pay someone else to deal with this issue.)."
