"As an Arizona State University Senior Management Student, my group and I have been assigned to consult a local business, Directions Publishing. Through initial research we determined a major problem for them is a lack of a defined sales process/ CRM. We believe it would greatly benefit DP to utilize CRM/sale process software to improve efficiency in their system (they currently use a in house Access program). Any information on potential programs would be greatly appreciated.
