"I am exploring the use of ultrasound for post tumescent liposuction recovery/ healing. I would assume the equipment can be basic and we are not looking for imaging/ pictures just the sound wave healing properties. I have been told by many central and south american physician friends that ultrasound use post liposuction is something that is routinely done to speed up healing and improve final results. I have found minimal info on the internet to this. I have a very busy liposuction practice and we want to focus on giving patients the best experience possible.
