• Currently we have a Konica Minolta C351. We are paying $921 per month which includes 4000 color copies/15,000 B/W copies per month. Our contract includes 4 hour response time, all service and toner and all other supplies are included in our monthly contract. Our lease runs out in November-December of this year. We need a machine with a Fiery engine in it to process larger PDF files. We pay an overage charge once a year at the end of the year. We want to evaluate other copiers with similar type service contract and increase in speed/quality.
