• Copy use will be heavy in January - May with annual copy demand averaging about 200,000 copies. During June - December, the demand will be low, usually <1,000 copies. This information is part of an evaluation to decide on buy/lease or using local vendors. A price for a 19-hole punch for spiral bindine is also requested.
• I am looking for a copy machine.600 copies a month. I need to buy it cash and also purchase the warrenty not less one year with a possibility of renewal of warrenty.
• I am looking to renting/leasing copier/s with an option to buy(option).
• I'm specifically looking for a Ricoh Afifio 2035 esp that is a 2-3 years old. I think this is the right machine for our office, I just don't want to buy a new one. Thanks.
• Looking for 12 month lease with option to buy after that. Unit will be in a dust environment, construction trailer.
• Looking fro network card - willing to buy whole machine to get - even if everything else is tracshed.
• Looking to lease or buy preowned biz hub 250.
• Needs to have netwrok capability for all features including fax from e-mail...If available we would like to buy a slighlty used copier but if a new one is right around the same price than we would go with that.
• Not sure if lease or purchase best for us - we may be able to buy used one? Would like hole punch ability. Some features more needed than others.
• Please give option of lease as well as buy.
• Reduction/enlarging, duplexer, sort & collate, but not staple, automatic document feeder - buy or lease.
• Reliability, good service agreement, buy out option.
• To either buy or lease, we need maintance services and repairs.
• Want to consider the lease vs. Buy option.
• We are looking to lease, we definitely don't have the budget to buy so please let us know about the leasing options only. Thanks!.
• We currently buy the E-Studio 233 direct from Toshiba and would like to compare our cost to that of other brands. We buy between 10 to 20 copiers per year.
• We have a Canon IR2200 now and would like a service contract offer for that machine however if we could buy a refurbished newer model for $2K or less, we would consider that as well?.
• We have recieved proposals from Konica Minolta (Bizhub C253), Canon (Image Runner 3225 and 3230),Sharp (2700N), Kyocera (KM-2560) and Tobisha (e-studio 281c) and would like an opinion on which provider has a better quality. We are a small, non-profit office of 4 people and copy at 1,800 monthly. We are looking to buy a black and white copier, with black and white networking printing and color scanning.
• We would like a quote on a lease copier and a selling price for anything you may have in stock ingood working order that we vould buy outright.
• We would like copiers under $1000 so that we could buy multiples.
• What I am looking for mostly is something that is relatively inexpensive, but would be cheaper than buying copies from somewhere with the flexibility of having our own access to the machine. I am unsure of how much we would use it and it would vary from year to year. We are a small community theatre and we really only make copies from March through August anythign else is 5-10 copies a month. We haven't even decided if we are gonna buy somethign we are just lookign at the costs involved with a copier. Thanks.
• Actually we don't want to pay much. We own a sharp that we bought for under 300.00 and we are thinking of buying one. We don't do lots of copies and are only a 4 person office.
• Definitely wants a service contract with purchase. Lease on current machine runs out at end of this month. Looking into buying rather than renewing lease.
• Hi would like to inquire about buying a digital photo copier for my Medical office. We currently have a xerox dc 220 that is on its last leg and would like to upgrade to a smaller copier that offers the same features. Our office is located in Hollywood Florida and is a Neurology practice. I would like to have quotes on purchasing a new or fairly new machine. The brand does not matter but needs to have the minimum features of sorter, stapler, duplex copying. Please advise.
• I have a PC 300 now that I have had for years and it just went bad and no one is interested in try to repair, so I am looking forward to buying a new one, just for a home office.
• I like to compare leasing vs buying. So please give me a comparison.
• Possibly eventually use for scanning & printing & faxing. We are non-profit. Want to inquire on leasing purchases verses buying. What all leasing would include.
• Prefer buying to leasing. Company has a staff of less than 6. Also interested in 3 year warranty/service agreement. Would like to keep purchase price under $1,000.
• This is for a church. Someone is buying it and donating it to the church.
• We are not interested in buying, we would like to lease or rent. Thank you very much Martina.
• We are opening a new office and need to find cost of buying vs leasing a copier. There is no budget yet, office is not yet leased, looking to have it set up on September 2nd. Thank you.
• We're a small non-profit, currently leasing a Gestetner 2212 that we're sick of. We need a device that can be a network printer, copier, fax machine, scan & email documents. In a perfect world, it can sort/staple, and print in color as well - those are not critical options though. We're a small office, only 25 staff and probably under 3,000 copies per month. A slower machine (20 pages per min) would be fine. We would consider leasing (preferred) or buying.
