• Dr.'s office using low volume of copying. Would like machine that is not difficult to get both sides of a document copied and possibly to collate papers.
• I am just interested in a copy machine to replace our Xerox Copy Centre C20 which is too slow. Very low volume but just want a faster machine. Thank you.
• Low volume black and white copier.
• Need low volume laser printer, scanner, fax, copier.
• Need small copier, new or used, low volume, low speed, need to be able to shrink large reports and make copies.
• Small company looking to offer high quality - low volume prints to clients. Our budget is very small right now as this is a proof of concept for us. Would we interested in used or off lease machine as well.
• Small office, less than 1000 copies/mo. Interesteed in a lease (maintenance + supplies) on a very basic machine. Can live w/o lots of added features because of low volume. Alternatively, if a basic machine is actually what I have now (doc feeed, duplexing, etc...) Then upping use is to be considered. What's necessary to use it as our network printer (hardware & Software).
• We are a small management office employing two people with a low volume. However, while our volume is low, it is much greater than can be handled by a desktop printer/copier/scanner. The above checked qualities are features we'd like to see on the unit, but not all are required. We're looking to lease the unit starting January 1, 2008. Thank you.
• We are a start-up company with a small office used for accounting software training and basic office operations (currently 3 people). We anticipate low volume but are looking for a b&w/color all-in-one: copier, printer, scanner, fax machine. We would like a service/maintenance contract, as well. I am researching information for my boss, so any help you can provide would be appreciated. Thank you.
• We need a cost-effective copier for our low volume (than less per month on average) office. It must be able to collate.
