• Hi would like to inquire about buying a digital photo copier for my Medical office. We currently have a xerox dc 220 that is on its last leg and would like to upgrade to a smaller copier that offers the same features. Our office is located in Hollywood Florida and is a Neurology practice. I would like to have quotes on purchasing a new or fairly new machine. The brand does not matter but needs to have the minimum features of sorter, stapler, duplex copying. Please advise.
• High contrast for dark background (archival aged material), photo.
• Photo copy, enlarge and reduce.
• Require a photo copying machine with no other facilities. Price around $300.00.
• The copy machine needs to have at least 2 to 3 paper drawers, Sorter system, Enlarge and Reduce option, Photo copy option.
• This is for a contruction job site that is in the early phase. MF copiers will be required at varying times for varying lengths of service. 3 will need to be Color/B&W, 3 B&W only, all need to have fax, scan, photo copy, duplex, staple, a4, 8 1/2 x 11, 8 x 14, 11 x 17 capable, networkable. A) Flexibility of open-ended leases of with no minimum period b) lease includes TONER and all spare parts and on-demand replacement service c) lease includes both ways freight costs d) service included in lease agreement 4 hour maximum service call responsiveness.
• Used photo copiers i need models: ricoh aficio 551, 700, 1055,1060,1075 and Toshiba e studio 350, 450, 650, 810.
• Working for the federal government our budget is low. We need a photo copier that will also scan documents directly to a network location and/or convert them to pdf. We would like color but probably won't get approved for it. It would also be nice if we could use it as a network printer.
