To begin retrieval, your employees can gain access to their unique desktop and the document management retrieval client using secure logon features. The document retrieval client is an intuitive, user-friendly, Windows-based environment allowing for efficient retrieval management of your organization's digital assets.

Document management through document retrieval and document distribution is nearly instantaneous through several search methods: keyword search, text search, and cross-reference search between documents with like index fields. Users have the ability to view documents, add annotations and highlights and create redactions.

Once a document is retrieved, you can manipulate the standard zoom-in/zoom-out, rotate, and go-to-page functions, or utilize the following features:
