• Budgets are tight so net cost will be a huge factor. Looking to streamline our management responsibilities while perhaps offering a better deal for our employees. Did employee leasing in a prior business and was very happy with how it worked out.

Seeking better lower cost benefits allowing 100% company paid employee health to get our participation up and boost morale. (not sure if we can have a 401k due to existing profit sharing plan?)
