"We have total tax service payroll service with ADP. (PayExpert)Private W/C coverage. Our health care costs skyrocketed last year and are increasing another 18% this year. Renewal is 11/1/08. The main reason we would consider a PEO is if the savings in the healthcare and UCT would still result in a considerable overall savings after considering the cost of the PEO admin fees. Also, our current group health coverage is not a very good plan and the company had to change to a 50% employee contribution last year due to increasing premiums. This hurt our participation which may prevent us from changing carriers at this renewal due to participation rules. Seeking better lower cost benefits allowing 100% company paid employee health to get our participation up and boost morale. (Not sure if we can have a 401K due to existing Profit Sharing Plan?)."
