"We are a nonprofit agency that runs an interpreter referral service. We currently have a MS access DB that we have outgrown. We are looking for a databse that we can log job requests in (have those jobs catogorized by kind of business), assign an interpreter to that job and will be able to print a confirmation letter. We will need to print reports like how many requests this month, what kind ( medical, legal, etc). How many job are filled and how many went unfilled. We are also looking for an online portion. Where a businesses can log in and fill out a form to request an interpreter and interpreters can log in and see what jobs have been assigned to them (and have access to those confirmation letters.)."
