• Magnetic card locks: 230 units/rooms card encoders (front desk): 2 units magnetic card readers: 10 (for the guests to swipe and access into the common facilities such as gym, pool, parking lots, elevators, etc.) magnetic card readers for administrative quarters: 5 units magnetic card readers for maintenance personnel: 8 units accessing and sorting to/from all the hotel facilities to be registered and controlled in real time via administrative software, which needs to be compatible with the hotel's main billing plataform, allowing the guests to swipe their magnetic cards as for instance in the hotel's cafeteria or shops, and get charged immediately. there will be lots of additional gadgets / hardware, such as room # tags, door stoppers, door latches, door viewers, etc. and besides, there will also be a cctv monitoring requirement, for which i will soon get the corresponding floor plans (blue prints).

• We have recently security fenced and gated our facility. Our fence company purchased and installed stand alone key pads (2). They are not what we want. We employ Syrasoft management software. There must be connectivity with the management software. We also have installed opentech Alliance's Customer Service Center (Insomniac 700) which communicates with our management software. We want customers who are gate locked out to be able to use the customer service center to (1) pay their bill; and (2) to have the gate lock out automatically cancelled upon receipt of the payment.
