"We have a system in place monitronics which is always a joke when explaining something to you or always have you on hold for a hour or so and when you complain there always sorry but nothing changes and nothing gets resloved. That company is a joke and I need a serious company to take care of my security needs with serious results in a very quick time and with a company where one hand knows what the others are doing and hopefully helping. We have smoke dectors, infrared , with landline and celluar communications to the company. I need a real serious company that can get the job done with the right equipment and make me and my family feel safe and secure all the time. Where everyone is on the same page when you call and when you have a problem don't transfer you for 2 hours until they thnk they might have it fixed .."
