Credit Policy:

You must submit your request within ten (10) days of receipt of the lead.

Your account may be credited for a lead that:

Not submitted by a business customer - A buyer is quoting for a product/service for home or personal use. Does not apply to categories in which you are aware that you are targeting consumers. (e.g. Home Security Systems)

Submitted by a competitor - A buyer is quoting for a product/service they actually sell.

(b) is submitted by a competitor;

Not submitted for a product or service category specified in the Order Form/Registration - (e.g. buyer requested a quote for a copier yet you are registered to receive leads in the Phone Systems Category.) Please note: We are not able to credit if a buyer specifies a particular brand that you do not carry. (e.g. buyer requests a Konica copier and you only sell Minolta.) We do ask that you contact the buyer and explain why your product or service is superior to the one indicated in the request.

Submitted outside the territory specified in the order form/registration - Please keep in mind that BuyerZone's service territories are defined by published Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs), and that there may be some zip codes in the MSAs you selected that are outside of your normal trade area. We would be happy to review your current MSA selections to make sure that they mirror the service area of your business as closely as possible. Please call BuyerZone Customer Care at 888-393-5000
