Does BuyerZone publish ratings on suppliers submitted by other users?
Yes. BuyerZone depends on its users to rate suppliers in the Network. These ratings are clearly displayed in the email you'll receive that features background and contact information for the suppliers we match you to. We encourage you to consider these ratings when fully evaluating your prospective suppliers.
How do I share my experience working with a particular BuyerZone supplier?
After you submit your Request for Quotes, we'll send you a quick survey about your experience. You will be asked to rate the suppliers you worked with in key sales and service areas, and the results are displayed to help future BuyerZone users make more informed purchasing decisions.
The survey also allows you to provide specific, open feedback about the suppliers you worked with, the Request for Quotes service, and any other information you wish to share.
What if I have a problem with a BuyerZone supplier?
If any issues come up during your purchasing process, BuyerZone provides an Online Dispute Resolution Service. This service is designed to help buyers and sellers equitably settle any disagreements they encounter. If you have a problem with a BuyerZone supplier, complete the Online Dispute Resolution Form.
Remember, the more information you provide, the more we will be able to help.
How does BuyerZone recruit and enroll suppliers?
