How do I contact BuyerZone?
Do you have comments, suggestions, or questions about BuyerZone and its different services? All of our contact information is here.
How do I make changes to my email communications preferences or unsubscribe from your emails?
Simply use the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of BuyerZone emails to update your subscription status. You may also modify your subscription status with any BuyerZone communications through our Email Preference Center, or by contacting the BuyerZone Customer Care team at 888-393-5000.
Keep in mind that suppliers you've already been matched to may continue to contact you separately, as this form only impacts BuyerZone's communications specifically.
How can I be sure to receive email communications from BuyerZone?
To address the problems of spam, many Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and email systems now block or filter email that is not from a "safe sender." Since key BuyerZone communications will be sent to you exclusively through email, it is very important that you "whitelist" BuyerZone by adding the "buyerzone.com" domain to your list of accepted senders.
Review our list of popular ISPs to get directions on how to add buyerzone.com to your known sender list. (Last Updated: June 2008)
