What is the Lead Referral Program?
BuyerZone's signature lead generation service, the Lead Referral Program delivers leads for ready-to-purchase buyers in your sales area across more than 150 product and service categories. Highly-qualified leads arrive to suppliers within hours of the buyer's completed Request for Quotes submission, and include details of the upcoming purchase, plus verified contact information. The Lead Referral Program is currently available to regional and national suppliers.

How does it work?
Buyers submit Request for Quotes on the BuyerZone.com web site by answering customized questions based on the product or service they wish to purchase. BuyerZone's proprietary matching system identifies the suppliers that are the best match for the buyer's specifications. An email, including the buyer's full contact information and their purchasing request sent to all matched suppliers. Suppliers then contact buyers directly, either by phone or by email to begin the sales process.

How do I sign up? How much does it cost?
Registration for our Lead Generation Programs is easy — just fill out a simple form and a BuyerZone sales representative will follow-up with you right away to get you started.
After I enroll in the program, how many leads will I receive each month?
You select the total number of leads you'd like to receive each month at the time of registration. You may adjust this number at any time through your online account tool, or by contacting the BuyerZone Customer Care team at 888-393-5000, or via email at custcare@buyerzone.com.
How many other suppliers will receive the same lead?
Buyers have told us that in order to make the most educated purchasing decisions, they would like to receive somewhere between four and six quote responses from top quality suppliers. The maximum number of suppliers who are connected with each buyer varies by lead category, but the number is never more than six.
What if my category is filled or not available?
Some categories are currently closed to new suppliers, but we do keep waiting lists and allow suppliers to join the network as soon as openings become available. If you would like to be wait-listed for a closed category, please email us and a Customer Care representative will be in touch to process your wait-listed registration.
If you do not see a category listed for a product or service you currently sell or plan to sell, please email us with your suggestion and we will get in touch with you.
When will I be billed for the leads I receive?
You will be billed monthly for the leads you receive. An invoice will be sent to you via email with the total charges and an itemized list of all leads that were delivered to you. All lead fees will be automatically billed to the credit card account you provided when you signed up for the BuyerZone Lead Referral program.
What is BuyerZone's guarantee?
BuyerZone follows a rigorous screening process in order to maximize the quality of our leads. We guarantee that each lead you receive from us is:
- submitted by a business customer (unless the product or service you offer is available to consumers)
- not from one of your competitors
- submitted for the product or service category that you requested
- submitted for the service territory you specified
- delivered to you within two business days of the Request for Quotes submission

If in the rare event a lead you receive does not meet the criteria as outlined in our Lead Credit Policy, you may submit it for review by our Credit Review team within 10 days of receipt.
What is BuyerZone's cancellation policy?
Regional suppliers may opt out of the Lead Referral Program following 90 days of enrollment by contacting the BuyerZone Customer Care team at 888-393-5000. Please note that different terms apply for companies enrolled in BuyerZone's National Program. Suppliers participating in the BuyerZone National Lead Referral Program should contact their National Sales Manager directly.
What are the main terms and conditions of the program?
- Minimum program commitment is 90 days
- Supplier is responsible for paying for all leads that they receive
- Supplier is responsible for an annual $40 account maintenance fee
How long will it take for my account to be activated?
It may take up to 72 hours for BuyerZone to activate your account. You will receive an email notification when your account is live.
Can I make changes to the type and number of leads I receive?
Currently, regional suppliers may change the type and number of leads that they receive at any time through their BuyerZone online account, or by contacting our Customer Care team. Please note that sales territory and lead availability varies depending upon category. National suppliers should contact their National Sales Manager directly for any changes to lead quantity or categories.
