• I need to setup my internet phone service. I need help and adviser.
• I would like to open a call center with min 10 max 50 people. Virtual Call Center to be used only with internet connection.
• Must work with internet phone system.
• Need a system that supports a 400+ agent call center. 100% of the agents work from home. This system must be capable of working over the Internet. Must be capable of suppoting 1000+ agents.
• Need to be able to import call lists as big as 50,000 phone numbers. Need to support up to 15 agents. Need tracking/monitoring built-in. We have a brand new Windows-based server, high-speed internet, computers and headsets.
