"Our project scheduling is probably the issue we need to address the most. About half our business is New or Renovation Large Construction and the other half is small repair and service work. A large portion of the service work are what we call "Commercial Accounts" and these customers use us on a Time and Materials basis, thus we don't estimate their jobs, are never sure how long they will take, and don't know when they will call, but when they do we have to be ready to jump on it with in days, or less. We also provide a number of services, including, but not limited to: Plaster, Stucco, Drywall, Tile, Painting, Caulking, and EIFS.Some guys are good at Plaster and Tile, others EIFS and Stucco, others Painting and Drywall, etc. So scheduling can be somewhat difficult."
