"We are a 10 year home warranty corporation. Our customers (new home builders) populate everything about a home into our custom build web enabled application. Once all the information is entered, the builder prints an enrollment form for the homebuyers to sign. Currently, we keep all the enrollment forms in paper format. We would like to move this to an electronic format. Currently on the form, we have a id number (in both numeric and barcode formats) that is tied to a specific home. We want to be able to link this id number to our custom built application. At this point, we do not need the ability to change the information on the stored document, just the ability to see it. Ideally, we are looking for a system that allows us to integrate into our system for a seamless application (API). Additional requirements are deleting features that allow us to remove documents once the warranty period is over, remote access (via we), and expandability to eventually include all our inbound paper forms."
