• Managing the HVAC Equipment for a 53 story highrise / 1,000,000 square feet 2000 ton chillwater plant (3) chillers (3)cooling tower, (6)pumps, (48) Air Handling Units, Fire Systems, various Exhaust and Vent Fans, Lighting, Electrical Gear, Controls etc.
• Please provide information that will assit in preventive mantances as well as HVAC daily upkeep and daily maintances.
• Software must have workorder generation, inventory, PM, and be compatible with our current EMS equipment (lighting and HVAC).
• We are looking for a simple application that will enable us to schedule and track routine preventive maintenance tasks and help plan for replacement of mechanical equipment such as HVAC. Our budget is limited.
