• I am looking to implement a parts inventory management system in my warehouse. In specific it would apply to my mechanics who service a 900,000 sq. ft. Warehouse and over 200 pieces of industrial equipment.
• Need the capability for people to submit an online work order for breakdowns. Need to track each piece of equipment, for cost, repai history, tracking of technician cost for repairs, spare parts inventory, and that is about all I can think of now.
• Our maintenance software needs to be able to handle parts inventory, bulk fuel, budgets... We want to know the cost per mile of each of our trucks.
• Software must provide work orders, periodic maintenance scheduling, parts inventory and automatic email notifications of work order assignments/creation.
• This is a fairly small facility just looking for something to create work orders and parts inventory. Looking for a stand alone system that could be installed on our local network.
• We are using an older version of MP2. It is too expensive and too complex for our small maintenance dept. We are looking for a LOW COST Software solution that will generate work orders, control maintenance parts inventory, machine repair history and notes. A server based multi-user system is required.
• We would like to initiate the system with maintenace work order preparation and control. We would then add parts inventory interface followed by an interface to our procurement department. Our final objective would be the development of our history files and the development of a predictive maintenance program.
