• I want to be able to put in older records, from past history. I want reports I can run per vehicle or numerous vehicles at a time. I want to be able to make corrections and additions to existing work orders ect:
• I want to be able to schedule vehicle, lawn equipment, HVAC, anything a small location has.
• I want to be able to upload pdfs (of invoices and reports) to be attached to each machine/vehicle.
• Looking for a vehicle/equiptment maintenance program.
• Manage multiple vehicle types, including passenger vehicles, heavy equipment and tractor trailers.
• Need a maintenance software that will alert when service is needed by millage. Be able to track budget millage and track to a program. Track fuel usage to vehicle and program the vehicle that it is assigned to. Currently I have 78 vehicles in fleet. This number may be growing.
• Oil Field transportation company. Need software to provide maintence for appx. 16 vehicles. Fuel Mileage logs. Driver personal records. Vehicle license records. Prefer ability to import from Wright Express Fuel cards, and export to Quickbooks Company Software.
• Streamlined recording of maintenance record per vehicle. Would like to produce work orders and prescheduling of preventive maintenance as well as alerting of priority repairs.
