I have worked with a few automated systems and since I am the first BMET to be on staff here, I am trying to build a Biomedical program that perhaps can incorporate Facilities and maybe even Materials. "We are a composting and mulching facility. We bag the mulch with multiple machines. The machines are all a little different. We have machines the automatically bag the mulch and equipment that needs workers to hold the bags. We also have a bagging line that automatically stacks the product on a pallet, and other lines that need workers to stack the finished product.We need some type of maintainence program for our equipment. We don't have any maintainence protocol in place as of now, but we are looking to get something going. We haven't decided if we would want a full program or something with just checklists.Thanks!"

"I am a small electronics manufacturing facility of 10 to 20 employees. "We have a joint venture in a biodiesel plant which is scheduled to start up next January; however, there have been some delays in getting employees such as maintenance manager and personel hired. Therefore, my company Bunge North America, will be setting up initial maintenance program including scheduling, parts lists, work order generation both manual and automatic, equipment repair history and so forth. Bunge uses SAP, but this joint venture will be operated as a stand alone facillity which will not be tied into SAP. Hence, we are looking for a basic, one facility solution, nothing complicated, for a 45 mgy biodiesel plant. We would be open to service help for initial set up, training and so forth, in addition to purchased system."
