"I operate a very large heating & air conditionong company. We have a couple of thousand customers with maintenance contracts and I want to grow that number to at least 10,000. The software must be able to track: price charged for the contract, duration of the contract, model and serial of customer's equipment, special istructions, etc. and must be able to automatically generate a customer list of everyone that I have to visit that month, customers who are up for renewal, etc."

We would also like for the program to be able to generate reports easily ..user error, abuse, etc. Also, to keep inventory control through parts used in work orders.
