"I am looking for a solution that can be used to assign and track work orders, provide an equipmnet history log book, a system that can track scheduled vs unscheduled down time and equipment availabity. My goal is to have a system that when a machine fails it can be logged down with a failure description, and I can assign a work order request for maintenance. The technician then enters comments of work they performed. I would also like to have a configurable cause code drop down menu. I need to be able to query these cause codes to Perato failures (to be exportable to Excel). I need the sysytem to track and monitor PM schedules and notify when they are coming due or late and completion history."
