"I hope to find software that will allow the front desk or housekeeping personnel to enter maintenance requests that are tracked by a specific room number or location. This location would be selected from a list of locations in the facility. When a location is selected, all open work orders for that location would be visible on a window where, if selected, details of that work order would be visible and able to be edited. Additionally, the system should maintain a history of all work orders for that location, and be tracked by data as well.When the work order is completed, the work performed to resolve the problem should be able to be entered to for that project, and include time spent, materials used, and cost of the materials etc. and who performed or supervised the work."
