• I am searching for a software that will allow physician, pt, dme and hospital billing all in one application.
• I need a software application that can bill claims electronically and on paper, print paid statements, courtesy bill and have ease of use and in depth reporting.
• I would prefer a hosted application vs. Desktop. I will need to know what abilities the software has to import open claims on other billing systems.
• Medical software must be able to provide document capture; once document is electronically captured it must be able to populate electronic claims form for immediate electronic submissions; if possible application will provide information checks and balance of repeat office claims (may have to explain in discussion).
• Our office is in need of a software application that allows us to bill Medical patients and that provides support upon Medical implementing procedure changes in regards to billing.
• The City of Puyallup Police Dept is looking for an application to replace a manually maintained spreadsheet used to track inmate medical billing charges and payments. A SQL Server database is preferred.
• The software I'm looking for is to start a medical billing service where I will be doing the billing for several physicians. I want a strong reporting application and also that you track back the insurance payments to the line level.
• This is for dedicated physical therapy office. It is a new practice. One key consideration is data security... How is the application protected? Thanks.
• Web-based application would be preferable as we are providing outpatient physical therapy services in-home.
• Will require data migration from an excel based data base. Specifically looking for an asp application.
• Calendar function for patient appointments, Patients records/ visit management, bill tracking (not processing), Ins. Info tracking, Financial Analysis. Able to import and extract data from external files or applications.
• I have no experience in this field but I have a doctors office that would be interested in having me begin to provide this service for them. I need something that is easy to use and all inclusive so that I don't have to purchase multiple applications.
• Private nonprofit clinic serving the same patient base for medical, dental, ob/gyn and pharmacy needs. No insurance or HIPPA. Imperative to have integrated access to all four applications, as well as central office scheduling, billing, and reporting.
• Should be compliant wiht ICD-9 codes. Also, prefer to rent or web based applications as opposed to buying and investing a lot of money at ones.
