• Here at College of the Ozarks we are required to handle incoming and outgoing calls from a variety of sources, included in these is faculty, staff, and students. We also have work stations on campus that require phones as well. Our restaurant on campus will also be integrated into this new systems as well. We have a switch board that is designed as an operator to place any calls where the caller is unsure of the destination.
• This phone system will replace an existing system in a college sorority. I need 3 lines with intercom and hold features and a total of 5 phones. Please provide a quote.
• ACD must interface with 3 office phones connected to Ericsson MD110 Digital Switch on a university campus, and 1 office phone at a remote office location in a different area code using digital ARIA switch.
• We are a large growing online university. And we require most employees to be in a call rotation that involves several ACD groups. We have Toshiba phones that we would like to keep. Also, at this point we are using the Oasysis netphone system. And our system is scheduled to cut off at certain times of the day and evening and also for holidays. I would like to obtain a quote from your company.
• We manage University Housing with roughly 3000 students. During peak periods, the phone calls are overwhelming. We need, in part, an automated system that can provide personalized information -- such as a housing assignment, deposit amount needed, amount paid, lottery numbers, etc…. We also need a call hold system that will place calls in a queue and inform callers of estimated wait times. Ideally, this system would have the ability to send / accept text messages or voice messages - based on the caller's choice. - But this feature is not a necessity.
