• I am looking for a phone system that can provide hunt groups between multiple locations and can support everyone in a call center being on the phones at the same time.
• Currently have 1 T-1 with Avaya G3 in small call center. Need to replace. System must have ACD functionality. Also be compatible with current "Audilog" call recording system.
• I am considering replacing my current phone system for a more advanced model with integrated features.
