Industry Solutions

• Looking for an industrial system for a flower shop. Three wall phones, one desk phone with cordless headset. We have 6 lines coming in, but only 4 lines on the phones.
• We have 3 flower shops, therefore our needs vary at each location
• We have four telephone lines in the store, we are a flower shop, we like music when on hold, just a simple system, thanks
• We need to be able to trasfer calls and orders between two different flowers shops in two different locations without it being long distance. I also need wireless capability so if the main line rings, I can answer it at my workbench (similar to bluetooth in a cell phone.)Or,an employee can anwer from the main receiver.
• Working from home for 1800flowers.com
• We are a family owned/operated full service florist who currently have an 800 # and a local #. Our current phone system cuts out when the other line rings through and we need to add lines for additional staff. We are not sure what options are available; we hope to get a new system in place prior to the upcoming holiday season.
