"Most participants will be exactly that participants with no requirement to present. However, the call must be integrated with computer-supported presentations. No more than five individuals need to have the ability to make presentations. On a monthly basis there will generally be 4 or 5 meetings involving up to six individuals. Usually, these meetings require voice only support and no computer video. Once a month a meeting is hosted by one of those six individuals for up to 60 participants. Each of the participants have personal computers which need to be integrated into the call and synchronized with the call. The calls need to support both VOIP and telephones."
