BuyerZone user comments: teleconferencing service purchasing requirements
"I want to have a site set up where the people calling into the conference give their credit card number and are billed directly for the minutes they listen in. They should be billed both for the live call and the recorded call that is made available after the live call has completed."

"None: Simple adhoc conferencing with a 1-800 number and multiple account codes. Any of our employees might have a conference call at any time with 3 to several dozen users. Should have different host and participant codes for use and biling security. We currently use Premiere Glabal Services and the can'g get the billing correct."

"I am not sure how many participants we will have. most will be from southern counties of new mexico connecting with a call generated from las cruces, new mexico which is the 88001 zip code. i would like for callers to pay for their own calls based on their calling plans. i would like, as the host to have minimal or NO costs."

Buyer, Other Business Services, Florham Park, NJ
"We are currently using another company and having a huge issue with echoing on our calls. We have a fully muted call in the first 30 minutes then open our lines to caller questions. When we open the lines the echo is killing our calls. We use our lines basically twice a week on Sundays at 7pm for 30 minutes and at 8pm for an hour. Cost is an issue but quality is more important. Reservationless or reservations is ok."
--
