ReadyComm values and fosters client relationships through a company-wide commitment to provide all customers with the best conferencing experience possible, each and every time. A dedicated Account Team assigned to your organization will ensure that all your conferencing requirements are met.

ReadyComm has two (2) North American Conferencing Technology Centers located in Reston, Virginia, and Highlands Ranch, Colorado. Each center also includes a Help Desk, which is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If at any time your organization or an end-user needs assistance with a conferencing issue they can directly contact the Help Desk for immediate response. A technical support team is also available at each center 24/7.

ReadyComm' conferencing platform is built on a redundant network utilizing SONET technologies, which are set up to provide diverse connections to our primary and secondary long distance carriers. Our Network Operation Centers are capable of routing numbers to and from each other in real time. This configuration allows us to have robust network redundancy and prevents us from being disabled due to carrier outages or local disasters.

Your organization will be provided with multiple ways to communicate with ReadyComm Conferencing. We offer direct connect hotlines, the ability to use one button hot key transfers, and cellular response escalation numbers. We will also provide you with an escalation contact list to ensure the immediate response to any issue you may have. At no time is ReadyComm more then a phone call away.

Global Infrastructure & 24 x 7 Accessibility

ReadyComm' network infrastructure is monitored locally at each operations center and backed by the Global Network Operations Command center (NOC) in Toronto Canada. Each operations center and the NOC operate 24x7x365 and are staffed by onsite technical personnel ensuring flawless service for over 1.5 billion conference minutes per year.

ReadyComm' platforms are built on a redundant network providing diverse connections to primary and secondary local and long distance carriers to assure that any service issues from one carrier do not compromise service continuity.

Enterprise links among operations and data centers, redundant switches, bridges and servers ensure uninterrupted, round-the-clock availability of our conference systems so you can complete your conferences without interruption. With a geographically dispersed network, ReadyComm mitigates the impact of local service outages, by maintaining its local Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and generator. Facility redundancy is further enhanced by the ability of each center to redirect traffic to and from one another and remotely manage any center in real time.

Our robust network configuration of 30%+ excess capacity available at all times prevents us from being disabled due to equipment failure, carrier outages, local power failures, and natural or local disasters. In addition, our network and support technicians are manufacturer certified, further ensuring the completeness of our systems, to maintain business continuity and protect our users against service disruption.

In the event that a technical issue impacts a ReadyComm Operations center, a predetermined procedure will be executed to maintain conferencing service continuity - impacted customers are identified and contacted. A description of the problem and duration to restore is provided in addition to providing instructions for how backup services can be accessed as required.
