"I am researching web conferencing for a client whose instructors provide 4-day training in couseling techniques. The Institute - my client - would lease your service and the instructor would go through the Institute to pay for using a portion of, for example, the monthly time he/she needed for the seminar. Participants in the seminar must have the ability to interact with the instructor and the 7-15 other participants. Some students may have video cameras to be seen by others; other students will not. This depends on their capabilities."
