"We must be able to share documents such as PP or word documents, as well as other programs like mind mapper or gis. We must be able to communicate with audio and be able to handle questions visually as well as verbally. In the past we have used a phone conference line for audio, but some complain about the inconvenience of that. Background noise is also a problem with a phone conference line. However, streaming audio frequently doesn't work well.We will need 200+ lines to access monthly presentations and need to know of any bandwidth (or additional network) limitations.Cost, ease of use, efficiency of the system are all to be considered. We are open to purchasing our own software or paying someone to host the web-based meetings, which will happen at least once a month. Cost is going to be the big player, though. Thanks!"
