"We are looking for a fully integrated telephone and web conference solution. Our goal is to provide our distributors with a completely interactive enviroment. Some of our distributors will call in via telephone only, where as others would join the conference via web conference only. We would like for those on the telephone to be heard by those on the web conference and for those on the web conference to be heard by those on the telephone. We want to be able to share power point presentations for those that join the web conference. We do not want our ditributors to be required to join the conference call in order to participate in the web conference as some providers require. We want our distributor to be able to call in, we are not looking for a call out service. We would prefer a flat monthly rate instead of pay-per-use plan."

"- The provider needs to host our library of existing webcasts (PPT with associated audio track). There are about 300 and they are about 40 megs each. We expect to add 300 new webcasts this year and 300 next year. - We are planning to rebroadcast the webcast at a specific time. So, a webcast wouldn't be available on-demand for someone to view, but it will be rebroadcast from time to time. We expect 500 - 1500 people to login to the rebroadcast at once. We plan to do two rebroadcasts a day. - We would like the audio from the webcasts to be downloadable as podcasts. We expect a maximum of 25 people downloading this file concurrently. - The files are Windows Media files and/or iLink files. - We will need the flexibility to be able to change webcasts at any time, i.e. create a new url and post it on our site."
