This promotion is open to all legal citizens of the United States who are of the age of majority in their respective state at the time of entering. Officers and employees of BuyerZone.com, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries and agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of the foregoing, are not eligible to participate.
TO ENTER: Complete the form in its entirety, including a buying tip, and submit. Entries will be judged on a per-case basis while this promotion lasts.
PRIZE/CLAIMING PRIZE: If a participant's tip gets published on BuyerZone.com, the participant will receive $5. Entry constitutes agreement to abide by these rules and permission to use participant's tip, and (except where prohibited) their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
WINNING: All entries will be received and reviewed by the BuyerZone.com editorial staff. Tips will be judged on the basis of originality and value to other buyers. The decision to publish any tip is at the sole discretion of the BuyerZone.com editorial staff. All tips must be previously unpublished and created by the entrant him/herself.
OWNERSHIP: Tips submitted for consideration become the property of BuyerZone.com. By entering the contest, participants waive any and all rights they may have to their tips and give BuyerZone.com the right to reproduce, publish, adapt, modify and/or revise the tip, in its sole discretion, in any manner or form throughout the world, in perpetuity. Illegible/incomplete entries will be discarded. In the event of Internet disruption or other technical difficulties beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, this promotion may be terminated, and winners selected from among eligible entries received up to the time of such disruption. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local regulations and is void outside the US and wherever it may be prohibited and/or restricted by law.
